a. Senate should change the filibuster rules for at least as it concerns Supreme Court Justices. b. The Senate should impeach those Supreme Court Justices who lied under oath during their confirmation hearings. (Article 3, Section 1 of the US Constitution, in part: "The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior,..."). A Judge lying under oath is not displaying 'good' behavior. c. New Supreme Court Justices should be installed utilizing majority vote in the Senate.

@tomservo4president61 Yes I agree with that, I wrote it. And 'no' I am not nuts, and I have been checked by the US Veteran's Health Care System (US Navy veteran).

@yepyep340 'Truth': Consider this copy and paste from my files: Funny thing about absolute truth reality: It still is and always will be absolute truth reality. (Whether people know that truth or not and/or whether they believe that truth to be true or not). And for those who claim that 'absolute truth' does not actually exist, well for that to be absoutely true, would mean absolute truth truly exists. Absolute truth is the secure basis to build all analysis on. "The best way to deal with absolute truth reality is to deal with absolute truth reality. And if one is not dealing with absolute truth reality, then one is not dealing with absolute truth reality. Find and deal with absolute truth reality." (OSICA) 'Absolute Truth' being defined as the 100% correct and 100% complete set of facts that no human has nor is even physically capable of having in totality. Hence also 'why' we all need to work together for the common good. Nobody knows it all nor can do it all. Absolute truth is NOT a popularity contest. There were times in human history where only a single human being knew more of the real truth that was discovered than any other human in history. And note also: Denying future reality will not make future reality any less real. People just won't be prepared for it is all.

@tomservo4president61 If they say one thing under oath during their confirmation hearing, and then make another claim opposite to what they claimed in the hearing, at a minimum, they would have some explaining to do. Otherwise, impeach their asses.

@yepyep340 If we do not get our ideas out now while we still consciously can, whether those ideas are correct or not, if not now, then when?

@chrisflach5911 "Do you have proof a Justice lied under oath?" Their words under oath are already officially recorded. Once they make a formal declaration concerning Roe v Wade, those words will also be officially recorded. If what was said under oath during their confirmation hearing does not match what they declared under their ruling, well they either lied under oath or at a minimum have some explaining to do. When you say: "Roe V Wade is unconstitutional." Well then, so are: * Many Government agencies are not listed in the Constitution either. * Other than the age to vote and the age to hold certain public offices, all other age related laws all across America, especially those that help to protect and punish children, would all be unconstitutional as well, as they would all be a violation of age discrimination. Mental capacity is not listed in the Constitution for an American citizen to have the privileges or immunities given to an American citizen under the 14th Amendment. So, do away with certain Government agencies and age laws all across America because those items are not in the US Constitution either? As you also say: "They are supposed to uphold the Constitution and rule based on law." Are we going with a strict Constitutional reading and understanding or not?
