  1. So, Trump should be prosecuted and he can prove in a court of law which documents he supposedly declassified or not. And even if only 1 single classified document was not declassified, Trump would still be guilty of having classified documents that he was not supposed to have.

  3. Putting the documents aside that the FBI acquired, Trump already had and turned over to the government, classified documents that Trump was not supposed to have. Trump is already apparently guilty already based upon the previous classified documents that he should not have had. The FBI classified documents are just more decorations on the cake so to speak.

Delaying the release of the Special Master's findings would only keep the 'negative' news concerning Trump through the mid-term elections, which might have negative consequences for political candidates supported by Trump. Although, Trump would still get to acquire money from his stupid supporters.
