@CyberiusT Based upon your post above, it seems you would know better than I. (USA citizen here). The way I figure it so far, a representative represents a wide array of view points, sometimes even opposing views. So, which viewpoint is the representative going to represent? Most probably the one that would keep them in office and in power. "Job Security" in an economically driven world. By no means that is how I am saying it should be, but that appears to be how reality truly is, at least from my perspective at this time.

@CyberiusT Yep. Personally, I believe ALL politicians at every level of governance should be Independents. And sure, politicians could still gather around like minded issues, just no more formal political parties any level of governance. I believe the citizens would have a better government that way. The way to have more strength and power is to formulate groups that extend beyond current generations. The thing is though, that in politics, that system becomes too strong and powerful. Now here in America, I believe it would never happen as the politicians would have to vote against their own self interests, but I still believe it should be done for a better democracy. Also, let me look something up and then look for another post after this one.

@CyberiusT Here is a copy and paste from my files. Just change 'America' to 'Australia' and the 'Constitution of the United States' to whatever document(s) Australia utilizes, along with any other necessary changes. Seems like the basic principal should be able to work in basically any nation. Empowering the people who actually do the work. * Create a national non-profit organization that looks out for the interests of the American workers. Could even call it the 'NEO', National Employee's Organization. * Model it after the AARP that looks out for the interests of older people. * Anybody would be allowed to join and/or support the organization and those that didn't want to wouldn't have to. It would not be a union but a non-profit organization. * I can foresee the 'NEO' eventually putting forward political candidates and supporting judges who are sympathetic to their cause. Given enough support, I can even foresee the Constitution of the United States being amended in a clear fashion that even Supreme Court Justices could only interpret one way. * It's 'We The People' that truly make America great and it's the 'American worker' who actually built America to be what it is. POWER TO THE PEOPLE !!! POWER TO THE EMPLOYEE'S !!! POWER TO THE NEO !!! Rise up, unite in a national organization, and let's take 'our' nation back!

CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING, (that is not talked about in the news): 1. Microwaves, like the ones generated in a microwave oven, primarily vibrate water molecules in the food or drink in the oven. Vibrating atoms and molecules is considered 'heat'. 2. Humans have been dumping microwaves into the atmosphere ever since they figured out those waves existed and how to utilize them, even sending them all the way up to satellites and back. 3. Here again, microwaves vibrate water molecules. 4. Moisture in the atmosphere, snow capped mountains, glaciers, polar ice caps, oceans, would all have water in them in one form or another, would all have their water molecules vibrated, generating 'heat', which would also contribute to the melting of snow and ice and all that follows in our apparent cause and effect state of existence. 5. Humans are also causing climate change due to microwave usage in the atmosphere. * Who's willing to give up all their microwave driven communication devices? I'm thinking not many. Guess what happens next. (And this does not even address what nature itself is going to do to this Earth and species upon this Earth).

Consider also: He says he wants to do what is best for Australia. Okay fine. Some nation that lives high in mountains somewhere, will look after their own self interests too. If the rest of the world floods, oh well, they should have lived on mountains. Wouldn't we all be better off if we considered other nations and their plights too?

Consider the following: Many nations are moving their nation to a Hydrogen driven economy and are moving away from fossil fuels for various reasons. See my Twitter page under the same name as this comment. Why can't Australia implement Hydrogen into their economy?
