Trump has at least twice now threatened to wipe another nation off the face of this Earth like the world has never seen, (worse than two nuclear bombs then). Shooting WMD's for mass destruction of another nation and all it's people. So, Trump DOES care about mass shootings, just the opposite way that most people would normally think.
