There is money to be made in the growing hydrogen sector for those who know what they are doing, even internationally. You snooze, you lose what might have been. Fully your freewill choice. Edit: Also: Very Large Fossil Fuel Dependent Military + Rising Fossil Fuel Costs = Destroyed Economy and/or Smaller Military, (Basic math).
