  1. CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: a. "IF" Russia truly wanted to 'defeat' NATO, if Russia complied with NATO's guidelines, NATO would not know what to do with themselves. b. "IF" NATO even put armaments in neighboring countries to Russia, so what if NATO were never going to utilize them against Russia? "IF" NATO ever did attack Russia directly, (especially from Russia neighboring countries), Russia would have the right to defend itself by any means necessary (nukes, chemical, biological, etc). In other words, NATO should never attack Russia, or else ............ c. Peace through Strength. Basically like the DMZ between the Korea's.
