Consider the following: a. Not everybody has the same internet connection speed. b. Location matters: Take 3 entities, A, B and C. A and B are close together and C is very far away. The electronic transfer time between A and B would be short compared to A and C or B and C, relatively speaking. It's the same principal people utilize with Wall Street. Computers closer to Wall Street can have faster transfer speeds due to their location. High speed, high frequency trading can make one very rich relatively quickly. Also easier and quicker to manipulate markets. c. But, with crypto currencies like bitcoin that are not centralized, not everybody would be on the same page so to speak. The reality each would be experiencing would be different for the same universal time. d. So, there are some real life issues with decentralized currencies.

@smohan123 a. Where did you read whereby I said that anything had to route to wall street? b. 'Decentralized': You don't understand physics then. 1. Not everybody has the exact same internet connection speed. 2. Physical location matters as far as time delays. * Not everybody would be on the same 'decentralized page'. People would be experiencing different realities for their 'now'. Those with their own reality would be getting kicked out due to their reality being 'old', and they might not even know why if they don't know about physics and how the system actually works. A decentralized crypto currency system like bitcoin has some real life physics issues which are a major flaw, (or that can be exploited at the expense of others).

@smohan123 a. "You mentioned Wall Street twice in your point b." Sure, but only to point out that location and internet speeds matter, NOT that everything needs to go through Wall Street. Hence the sentence, "It's the same principal people utilize with Wall Street." You incorrectly implied something that was not really true. b. "I don't know why you bring up location or Wall Street since Bitcoin and other blockchain technologies utilize distributed ledgers which are the polar opposite of Wall Street or the need to access a centralized authoritative source." Because people like you apparently don't understand actual real life physics. c. "Blockchain is a distributed ledger, there is no centralized clearinghouse." And hence the problem with different people with different internet connection speeds and different actual locations experiencing a different reality for the same universal time. People will be experiencing different realities for their 'now', but the 'older' realities will be disregarded based upon how the system works. People will be getting screwed over and they won't even understand how or why they are getting screwed over. d. "I'm a big data engineer." Maybe you should go back to school or get a different career?

@smohan123 "possibly you are right about one or more of your points, ...", I believe I am, hence why I posted what I posted. To try to help educate the public in more of the real apparent truth. The river ride, enjoy the ride while we have it to enjoy: Current Analysis: (Short Version): * Species stay on this Earth: They all eventually die and go extinct. * Species leave this Earth: They all eventually die and go extinct. (No exceptions at this time). Peace.
