It's all about "KUWA" (Coo-wah): Knowledge: Know the pertinent facts. Understanding: Understand those pertinent facts. Wisdom: Correctly connect all those pertinent facts together. Application: Apply wisdom. If an entity, even an AI, is missing even only one pertinent fact and/or not correctly understands even only one pertinent fact and/or not correctly connects two or more pertinent facts correctly together, then wisdom is not correctly applied and dangerous and even deadly disasters could occur and often do.
