  1. When, not if, the Democrats get back in the White House, the following "NATIONAL EMERGENCIES" can be declared: a. As the Declaration Of Independence declares that the government is supposed to keep it's citizens 'safe and happy', a national single payer health care system would be necessary to help keep the citizens 'safe'. b. Ditto above about the DOI, a government paid education system would be needed to help keep the citizens 'happy'. This is fun, what other 'National Emergencies' can we come up with? Possibly doing away with fossil fuels and implementing 'green' energy? Possibly reducing drug costs? Possibly doing away with corruption in the government? The list could possibly be endless.
