  3. Note also: A baby is not a US citizen until it's born or naturalized in the US, per the 14th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, the highest law in this US land. If we can kill people in other sovereign nations of whom we did not declare war on, and even those we did, sometimes even killing pregnant women and their babies, how is that any different?
