  1. Ive lost and gained 10 lbs before and the face pretty much stays the same. Now 40 lbs that could make a difference but even then your lips dont become thicker

  3. Ok but your nose doesnt shrink when you lose weight nor your lips get thick. It looks like she also had cheekbone implants. She looked way better before.
