  1. Its actually neither, older ppl cant go down stairs like younger ppl.. they need to change the way they go down to prevent falls

  2. It can happen to anyone but its very dangerous for older ppl.. With the money she had she shouldve been livin somewhere with no stairs. Many families move their older relatives to the first floor even their livin room to prevent them from fallin.
