  5. Its LITERALLY a split second move so obviously anyone could make a mistake especially if theyre also in fear for their own safety. The main question should be WHY WASNT HE COOPERATING??! Why did he GOT AWAY AND INTO HIS CAR? Dont play with cops even if theyre wrong.. you can sue them later but follow their orders if you’re INNOCENT.
