  1. Tbh this pandemic I stopped eatin meat and even fish except tuna. I did it mostly bc I dont wanna go to the supermarket so Ive been eating mostly beans, rice, noodles, frozen veggies, fruits etc and I feel so much better.. Never bloated and my lower back pain is gone. Idk I think meat in general isnt that healthy and weve been used to eatin too much of it.
