My mom was at a rehab center for a mnth earlier this year and I went to see her and help every single day bc I noticed right away they were short staffed. The CNAs were mostly foreign and barely spoke English however they were good workers. The problem is they cant give quality care bc its too many patients. Also many are obese so this tiny CNAs have to manage to get them out of bed and change them it was just insane. Two ppl in that floor died durin that mnth. Im just gonna give this advice to anyone who reads this.. TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH while youre not old and especially dont be overweight for the sake of the ppl around you and yourself.
