  1. They should send instructions to all houses of how we have to recycle. I dont think its that expensive to do that?? Some old ppl dont have access to the internet so they dont know how to recycle, and others even tho they can finf out are too lazy to do it. If we it on the mail most ppl will do a better job at recycling.
