I get everything but I dont like her attitude. Did she create the software??? Or shes just writing down answers for it.. her job seems pretty simple, the only advantage she has in DR is that she speaks English. Thats all, she probably didnt even graduate from college. And theres more and more ppl learnin ESL so she can be easly replaced and no one will miss her.
