  1. Depression is horrible Iremeber when Ihad it Id wake up with a knot in my throat everyday just not wantin to wake up. And many times Id eat and throw up after bc nothin seem to make sense. And I think Im goin thru it again when I thought it would never come back

  2.  @mcsmith732  Thank you for your kind words.. I dont have much time for therapy bc I work and take care of my fam but I did take some medicine before and I think it helped. I just didnt want to stay on it for more than a yr to not get dependent on it. Im afraid to get medicated again I thought I could just get better on my own but my feelings of sadness sometimes are too strong
