  1. Ive always been anxious but last yr Ihad my first panic attack and it was horrible.. I couldnt even do anythin but go around my room and try to control myself bc Ilive with my mom in NYC and was too scared to go to the hospital or call 911. This is one of the reasons why we cant just ignore the pandemic.. Nothings gonna get better if we dont control the infections/hospitalizations.
