  3. So its actually a 2.2k apartment rent. Shouldve said that from the start. Rooms are always cheaper than full apartments. 700 is still cheap for a room in NYC but given the circumstances its reasonable.

Im wearin two masks now and seein my fam outside in the park near their home. Forget friends I’ll see them next yr God willin. We shoudnt put our or anyone elses lives at risk. ✌🏻

  5. No elevator is a deal breaker for me.. unless you live in the first or second fl youll be restricted on what to buy/order when theres no elevator.

  6. This is true but I love NYC even more now. Granted Im a Newyorker and live with my parents so rent isnt an issue but if this situation will make apts more affordable for everyone thatd be great. Landlords here are rich AF and take advantage of everyone especially outa state ppl. I think NY will always be amazing but the whole world has to deal with a pandemic no way around it.

  9. I think landlords are sacrificin vital space in the kitchen, diningroom and bathroom just to have more rooms to rent. That bathroom sink looks uncomfortable af😕

  10. The last one should be way cheaper tbh. Last floor, kitchen super tiny and the main door is in the bedroom lol hopefully ppl can negotiate the price.
