Starfield is an easy 10/10. 11/10 for the game itself but the NPCs were so bland and forgettable it knocked it down a bit - but I'll take that over the rest of AAA games where the NPCs are outright cringe and unbearable. Also I think the theory it was outsourced is incorrect, AAA game writing in general is just so bad.
