  1. 1:04:40 You can't say anything about the curvature of the earth from that video. There IS lens distortion of the earth's curvature. If you watch his video, "I Jumped From Space (World Record Supersonic Freefall)", the lens even occasionally distorts the horizon so that the curvature is inverted.

  2. 14:25 You can't exactly say Earth's rotation doesn't cause winds. Earth's rotation is one of many factors that affect air movement (wind), e.g. the Coriolis force (59:07).

  3. 11:07 The earth DOES rotate at a little over 1,000 mph - at the surface of the equator. Any point on the equator moves ~25,000 miles in a circular path in ~24 hours. It rotates at slower speeds with increasing latitude north or south, and rotates at 0 mph at the poles.
