@redtedgamer8692 Murder is the killing of another human being for selfish reasons. Things that are not murder include self-defence, fighting in war, and hunting animals. A fetus is always a human being in its own right, and killing it because you don't want it is murder; even rape is no excuse. Just because someone did something wrong to you never justifies you doing something wrong to another. Better to go through nine months of discomfort and give the baby up for adoption than to be a murderer for life. But no; people are so pathetic and weak. You said it yourself: all human life is important, in or out of the womb.

@jasonmarcum9964 Even if that's what the law says, that doesn't make it right. It is a logical contradiction to count a baby as a human life in one case, and not in another. Therefore the law is invalid. Don't believe our laws are valid just because they are the law. California recently passed law AB 2223 which could allow for the killing of babies after they're born. How long before all murder will be legal? Theft under $900 is legal in California, too. Do you see a trend? Formerly illegal drugs are now legal. Everything that used to be illegal will be made legal. But it's okay because it's the law, right?
