  2.  @chrisl4999  This may seem radical, but ... how about holding commenters responsible for their comments? No creator has the time to examine every comment ... unless they rely on an AI, like YouTube, which auto-deletes comments - even completely inoffensive ones - so that's not just "providing the paper." Looks to be all about rules that only apply to the little guy.
