All along the Mexico border, where Mexicans have flooded that region, and squatted out new "citizens" have a strong Democrat slave class who vote all across the board for anyone with a D next to their name for lots of welfare. You should see all the massive welfare fraud there going on. On paper it is considered one of the poorest areas of the US, but yet you keep seeing new housing developments with homes starting in the $120 range.

  4. I don't think it is going to work, and I say a scam. It's $5000 per year, for 2 years. You have to first move to Vermont establish residency, then apply to get the grant of "UP TO" $5000 a year for two years. And it being leftist run state. will do anything from you getting any payouts from their Treasury, unless it comes from the federal government. You move there after enduring a lot of expenditures, and get no money so you may be stuck there. Even the law says to attract small businesses using federal money.
