  2. actually there is supporting for a second sun for many reasons. most systems in the universe are binary. mass extinctions occur every 65 million years. we would not be notice or observe a brown dwarf at all

  3. Terence Clark 65 million years is a very long and large orbit. A brown dwarf with that size of orbit would be difficult to see. Especially if you not sure where to look at.
