  1. Demonisation of booze is generally misplaced, especially for Europeans, who have a genetic adaptation toward the consumption of alcohol. I know there are times when I don't drink enough! If - IF - anything, cannabis is going to lead to sleep problems more than booze. You simply need to MAKE yourself eat. Been through bouts where I never feel hungry and I only know that I am because I feel light-headed. Not eating only makes your mood worse, so you just gotta make yourself do it.
