  1. Keeping the encryption algorithms "secret" is a red flag - encryption should be robust enough so that it's still secure even if an attacker knows what it is. There aren't many encryption schemes and they could probably have worked out it was TEA1, just by brute-force. 🤷🤦‍♂️
