  1. There are two states in which we should be operating: 1. Complete trust, so there's no need for pull requests. 2. Building trust, so we should be working very closely together to ensure we're learning each other's strength and weaknesses: i.e. pair programming. If you think about it, pull requests don't make a lot is sense, except for open source.
