  4. You're confusing "Munchausen" and "Munchausen by proxy". This would be 'classic' Munchausen. Of she's mentally ill, why prison? To plead 'Diminished Responsibility' (insanity), you have to admit to the underlying offence. She's unrepentant, so will likely do this again when she comes out. She's bad, not mad.
