  3. ​ @davidwhite4874  The UN definition of genocide EXPLICITLY states that "proof of intent is not required". The only requirement is that the effects can be seen. If "proof of intent" were required, those committing genocide could simply say "it was never my intention". "Decolonisation", "the English have no culture", "Englandhas always been a land of immigrants", the non-prosecution or light sentencing of foreign rapists are all acts of, or precursors to, genocide.
