  1. The fundamental issue is VAT (sales tax) itself. Like all taxes, it impacts the poorest most; one may be exempt from income tax because you don't earn a lot, but you still need to pay VAT on a LOT of things that are deemed "non-essential". Of course, you see Luis, what you need is an accountant from a multinational firm that can handle all of this for you... for a price... And as for Boris... Get in line mate! He's got us out of the EU, just about, but that's it...
