  2. Seriously? He should be furious! He just had his 1st AND 4th Amendment rights violated and he's acting like nothing happened??? He SHOULD be furious for YOU, because they are YOUR rights that have been squashed. If they can do this to a camera crew, LIVE on NATIONAL TELEVISION, what hope do YOU have when they come for you in the night? Don't be fooled, this is not the correct response and he is selling YOU short by his "tact".

  3.  @moniumus6303  No, but he has a responsibility, as a member of the press, to hold those in power to account and this STARTS with The Constitution. You may not believe or understand this, but EVERYTHING good that the US has is built on the Constitution. It is the most precious and important thing you have and it NEEDS to be protected. People all over the world are JEALOUS of the rights and freedoms you have, so protect it for THEM, if not yourselves! (Edit: slight grammar SNAFU)

  7. They patently violated their 4th amendment rights, LET ALONE their 1st. Remember, this is a DEMOCRATIC-run state. Didn't a former president say something along the lines of "if tyranny comes to the United States, it will come in the guise of liberalism". Do all those people who are vehement about their 2A rights look stupid now? From this side of The Pond, I'm not so sure they do...

  11. Unless I missed something, I really doubt Fox will be in favour of this. Though, I AM sure, they will point the finger at a Democratic governor and a Democratic mayor... Which, would be perfectly fair IMO.
