Not for the environment, for environmentalists. Nuclear is the most eco-friendly power source we have. Apart from that, I completely agree. It's fully retarded.

@TheCurlsCrazy Your claims are, themselves, ignorant. Chernobyl was such a disaster because it was a cheap design by a totalitarian regime that "didn't make mistakes". As expensive as the Fukushima cleanup has been, the cleanup has been completed (or close to as makes no difference). And that was on a 40+ year old design, that incorporated none of the lessons learnt from Chernobyl. It's literally the flying of the energy world - you're almost infinitely more likely to die on your way to the airport than you are once on the plane. Same applies to nuclear, you clearly just don't have the capacity to see the comparison.
