  50. My money is on the superintendent, who had intimate knowledge of the deceased tenants families whereabouts, and likely thought they wouldn’t travel abroad as soon as they did? There’s no reports of forced entry either, so who has the skeleton key to every apartment??? The guy even looked like a deer in the headlights when asked about the tenant, which is a sure sign of guilt.
