  1. It’s not just Baltimore, it’s EVERY school they’re in. And you can pour hundreds of millions into trying to educate them(like Lebozo James school in Ohio) and they’re just as bad there too! Time to throw in the towel for LBJ’s “Great Society” failure of an experiment. Oh wait, 90% still vote (D) so it’s a success after all!!!😂
