  1. I know a HR worker who “files” these ridiculous hood named applicants, to the bottom of the pile. She says that 95% of them work just past their probationary period(for benefits) and then pull the “workplace discrimination” card, in order to get paid to sit on their a55, while proceedings take months, if not a year? The turnover rate for blks is through the roof, and some companies just bite the bullet not meeting the race quotas, than hiring them! 😂
