  2. Professor Michael Clarke really needs to shut up. There is no proof about the Dam Explosion as of yet and who dunnit, much like the Nord Stream act of Terrorism. His words could also create an even worse situation in Kiev for its residents. The one thing the Russians know is they either did it or they didn't and if they didn't do it then a retaliatory Dam Strike is on the cards.

If the Russians didn't blow up the Dam but through Western propaganda are then 'proved' guilty of the crime, then either way the Russians may well resort to blowing up other Dams as a retaliatory strike option. There are many other Dams well within the NATO proxy Ukraine with the most dangerous one north of Kiev. In for a penny in for a pound. The Russians are already probably planning this retaliatory Air Strike against that Dam North of Kiev as a option.
