  2.  @RaRa-eu9mw  Russia has completely modernised its Strategic Nuclear Weapons forces since Medvedev retargeted its ICBMs back on the west over 20 years ago, after the Serbian War, even before Putin came to power. Russia's nuclear capability is far superior to that of NATO and the Russian doctrine mindset is similar to the War Hawks of the Pentagon from the 1980s (Team B) that a nuclear war is winnable despite the Megadeath Manual being recently updated.
