The assassination attempt by NATO Ukraine Proxy to attempt Regime change of Russia and to Balkanise the country was a response to the 200+ NATO Officer command staff killed in a Kiev DUMB with a Hypersonic Missile. Regime change attempts now bring into question the Nuclear Doctrine of first strike response from Russia if the existential crisis over the future of country and its leadership are now being challenged by NATO and its proxy Ukraine.
