  5. As with everything Sky News, they leave out some extremely important facts. i) The Police officer did not know that Adam Toledo was 13. The Police Officer did not know who the armed criminal was. ii) Adam Toledo was armed with a Semi Automatic pistol along with an older gang member at 2:30 AM on the Streets of Chigaco shooting 8 bullets at a vehicle earlier that night. iii) Adam Toledo was armed with a semi Automatic pistol up until 930 milliseconds before being shot. iv) Adam Toledo threw the weapon in a direction that the Police Officer could not see. No doubt Adam Toledo would have eventually ended up killing someone else who was innocent. Just a Gang Banger in training. No criticism of Adam Toledo's mother for allowing her son to be out at 2:30 AM running around armed with a Pistol on the streets of Chicago.
