It won't bother me in the slightest as already I don't think I've been in Dundee City centre for about 2-3 months now and about a year prior to that, when the RBS bank refused me a Cash withdrawal of £1500 for my own safety. There is nothing else to see, do or purchase from any business within the ULEZ area already anyway and the number of businesses are rapidly closing.
