  1. Folks need to be more positive about RAAC construction methods. It allowed buildings to be constructed back in the 1950s, 60s, 70s, as these building weren't expected to the survive the cold war and so were built as cheaply as possible so as to ensure that the quality concrete was used for the more substantial underground nuclear shelters for the Wealthy establishment. The Government authorities really weren't expecting there to be any School Students left by 2023.
