The last time I found a decapitated head of a women washed up on a beach was in the quiet little town of Arbroath was because of letting in the foreign migrants from the Baltic States. Even finding dead junkies in the works car park is annoying when trying to park the car but that's more of a SNP free narcotics for everyone here in Scotland.

@ScottishRoss27 Watching the Junkies in Dundee City Centre did have a level of an entertainment factor whilst enjoying a Coffee at the local Costa's, which used to be outside Boots Chemists Methadone Central. The Scuffles, the arguments, the shop lifting runaway attempts, the police bobbies and the Sea Gulls looking on whilst working their patch. But Costa's moved a couple of years ago.
