  3. Perhaps the NCR ATMs are still using self diagnostic software written in milspec ADA back in the early 1990s by a postgraduate student in the DIT mechatronics lab. (I was working on Transputer FFT algorithms at the time in C and OCCAM). I seem to remember him showing me how he could get the ATM to spit out the cash, whilst he had a big grin on his face. Adamson thought he was being clever as well getting a student to save £100,000s of software delevopment costs for free.

  5. Folks are not even allowed to make homemade miniature shaped charge warheads based on the WW2 design PIAT design to be attached to a crossbow bolts like Rambo had with the aid of a 3D printer. Recreational explosives aren't that much fun today in the UK.
