  3. The Russians were probably attempting to capture the US Reaper drone like the Iranians were able to successfully do with a US Stealth Drone over Iran (JAM and Spoof it Sat Flight Commands). The Reaper drone then went out with its GPS Area of Operations and then flew itself (uncontrollable spin) into the Black Sea.
