And his first mistake after being elected was not to prosecute Killary with a few hours after becoming POTUS, but then again the leadership of the FBI was Killary's organised Crime mob at the time. His second was teaming up with Bolton, Pence and the rest of the DC Swamp in the District of Criminals in an attempt to appease them.
