  1. How on earth am I expected to get an Emergency Alert from the Government with my Smart Surveillance Phone if the Phone is turned off inside a Large Faraday Bag inside an EMP Briefcase? The Emergency might be an important tool for the Government for its Psychological Warfare targeted at the UK population on an individual basis.
