  3. Seem to remember this as a Microsoft proposal when I was working for a Military Industrial microwave component communications company back in the late 1990s. But instead of using microwave ferrite isolators/circulator it would have needed the GaN technology transistor rather than GaAs then being used in RADAR AESA modules. Starlink will off course have other Alien Influenced tech as described by William Pawelec in his Youtube Video.
