  1. Inflation and its exponential function (compounding effect over time) with regard to loss of purchasing power of a currency never seems to get mentioned. With the current yearly 120% rate of inflation for Gas and electricity prices even for just domestic customers, the real rate of inflation is really double the official rate of around 10% for the vast majority of the population and that isn't even taking into account the Sovereign debt crisis ahead as the vale of the £ Sterling continues to become ever and ever more devalued. The Food crisis is where the rubber hits the road in the next 6 months. Planned Agricultural cuts in yields, imports being unable to be purchased due to the Currency crisis. Heating domestic homes may be the least of anyones worries whilst the new King gets away with not paying any of the £Billions due in inheritance taxes.
